If it's unrealistic naturally, its unlikely to be beneficial scientifically. Who eats 34 different plants a week? Who eats algae and 7 different types of mushroom? Every different food you have in your diet requires its own tools for breakdown and assimilation and its own immunological response as it is "other" from self. The body is a miracle of adaptation of course but why tax it with such variety. I would think a simple diet consisting of clean food with all the necessary components balanced reasonably would be better than a very varied diet. The test anyway of course is not mainly microbes in the gut but the quality of the blood and functioning of the brain and organs.
