Worse than Germany: On 1 May, Don Dino Rampazzo celebrated a Eucharist outside Bar Grumo in Valdagno, Diocese of Vicenza, Italy. The event was part of a series of “traveling Eucharists” held in local neighbourhoods instead of churches. More than 80 people attended the service, which ended with drinks provided by the bar. Don Rampazzo said the initiative was intended to reach people outside traditional church settings, responding to criticism by saying: “God is wherever people are.”

Rev Gerd Neumeier of the Archdiocese of Bamberg has justified his “Star Wars” service held on April 18 talking to Katholisch.de on May 3. Neumeier emphasized that it was not a Eucharist, but a Liturgy of the Word. The Church’s liturgy is “diverse”, he said: “When people hear the word ‘church service,’ most associate it with the same Mass over and over again, especially in connection with a priest.” The event began with a lightsaber duel between Darth Vader and a Jedi knight. This was followed by the Kyrie, a first reading, Psalm 27, the Hallelujah, and the Gospel account of the temptations of Jesus. According to Neumeier, Star Wars, with its themes of good and evil, light and darkness, is a perfect bridge to an encounter with God. Neumeier announced that the format would be repeated: “Because the first one was received so well, we believe we are moving in a good and sustainable direction.” The Star Wars service is part of the “bookable church services” project of the youth office …Ebisinga

Monasteries and spiritual centers in Spain are increasingly hosting yoga congresses and New Age-inspired events. The latest controversy emerged at the Castle of Javier in Navarra - the birthplace of St. Francis Xavier and a Jesuit-run spiritual center. It hosted the XII Iberian Yoga Congress organized by the Spanish Yoga Federation (FEYS) from May 1–3. Around 250 participants attended workshops featuring mantra concerts, Eastern spirituality, meditation, and yoga practices. Images show participants meditating before Jesus Christ placed alongside figures of Buddha and Krishna. Activities reportedly included sessions titled “Awakening of the Soul,” “Essene Mantras,” and “108 Sun Salutations.” According to InfoVaticana, similar gatherings have also been held at Catholic properties such as the Marist monastery of Las Avellanas, the Franciscan sanctuary of Aránzazu, and the Teresian-Sanjuanist International Center in Ávila. At the same time, Spain continues to experience a sharp decline …Ebisinga
A advertisement for a French perfume brand appeared on the LED screens covering the façade and apse of Rome’s Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. This prompted a group of residents and worshippers from the Monti district to send a protest letter to the Archpriest Rolandas Makrickas, criticising what they described as the “commercialisation” of the historic basilica. The screens were installed during restoration works that began in late 2024. Back then, Vatican officials said the advertising revenue helps cover renovation costs ahead of the Jubilee.

Acts 16:11-15 "The Lord opened her heart to pay attention to what Paul was saying." Lord, make us attentive to your message for us. And remove from us what is not from you. John 15:26–16:4a "The Spirit of truth that proceeds from the Father, he will testify." The truth and the testimony is that God is Love and God loves us. Biblical texts: NAB-RE Normand Thomas.
Mark 16: 15-18; Jesus said to the Disciples: “Go out to the whole world ; proclaim the Good News to all creation. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; he who does not believe will be condemned. These are the SIGNS that will be associated with believers : in my Name they will cast out devils; they will have the gift of tongues; they will pick up snakes in their hands, and be unharmed if they drink poison; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will be healed."
10.05.2026 CARDINAL RATZINGER’S HIDDEN SECRET NOT TOLD TO MARCO RUBIO BY POPE LEO : INJUSTICE AGAINST US TRADITIONALISTS Pope Leo did not tell Marco Rubio, the U.S Secretary of State, and a Catholic, that the U.S State Department like the Vatican, has made an objective mistake in the interpretation of Vatican Council II. This is important information which remains hidden and a secret, as the Vatican prepares to excommunicate the Society of St. Pius X (SSPX) hierarchy and Catholic families,in July, who will not accept Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally and unethically. The issue is: LG 8, 14, 16, UR 3, NA2, and GS 22 in Vatican Council II. LG 8 etc are obviously hypothetical and physically invisible cases in 2026. So they are not objective examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church. They are not objective exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS), the Athanasius Creed and the ecclesiocentric ecclesiology of the old Roman Missal. But the Vatican, like …Ebisinga
[Saint Alphonsus Maria de Liguori – XVII – XVIII Century AD; born: Marianella, Kingdom of Naples/died: Pagani, Kingdom of Naples; (aged 90); spiritual writer, composer, musician, artist, poet, lawyer, scholastic philosopher, and theologian, Founder, Bishop, Doctor of the Church] 3. "He saved Others, Himself He cannot save." (Mt 27:42) St. Matthew goes on to relate the other insults which the Jews offered to Jesus Christ : He saved others, Himself He cannot save. Thus they treated him as an impostor, by referring to the miracles which had been performed by him in the restoration of the dead to life, and by treating him as one who was unable to save his own life. St. Leo replies to them, that this was not the proper hour for Jesus to display his divine power; and that he would not hinder the redemption of man in order to confound their blasphemies. St. Gregory suggests another motive why Jesus would not descend from the cross: "If he had then come down, he would not have shown to us the …Ebisinga

Acts of the Apostles 16,11-15. We set sail from Troas, making a straight run for Samothrace, and on the next day to Neapolis, and from there to Philippi, a leading city in that district of Macedonia and a Roman colony. We spent some time in that city. On the sabbath we went outside the city gate along the river where we thought there would be a place of prayer. We sat and spoke with the women who had gathered there. One of them, a woman named Lydia, a dealer in purple cloth, from the city of Thyatira, a worshiper of God, listened, and the Lord opened her heart to pay attention to what Paul was saying. After she and her household had been baptized, she offered us an invitation, "If you consider me a believer in the Lord, come and stay at my home," and she prevailed on us. shareyourcatholicfaith
